Post Thanksgiving Duck Hunt

Just wanted to thank Erik, Joel, and Dad for a fun duck hunt and a first for me, a triple with one shot. Even though we did not get many ducks flying, it still made for a fun time.

Funny Story....

While at the movie theater tonight Jas saw this display and told me to go stand next to it because he thought Alvin was taller than me, and well... as you can see he was right! Oh well... what can I say? Good things come in small packages right?

Curls or Not

Ysterday I discovered how naturally curly my hair is.... I thought it just had a little wave, but it's actually pretty curly! What do you think? Should I wear it like this, or keep straightening it??

Christmas Festivities

I went to the Boise tree lighting at the grove for the first time last night. I can't believe I have lived here for 5 years and never gone to it. It was so fun! They gave us candles and we sang christmas carols....

Truly Blessed

With Thanksgiving right around the corner I was thinking of all the blessings we have had in our life this year. It has been an interesting year to say the least. I am looking for a job for the 2nd time in the last 6 months. I have a 2nd interview at St. Lukes this week (thank you Gen!)! If I get the job it will only be part time (it might work into full time eventually), but it will open so many doors for me which I would be extremely thankful for! I have to say that even though this year hasn't been the best because of the economy, I know things could very easily have been a lot worse! Normally we would be soooo stressed out right now, but We have the most amazing friends and family, we are able to pay our bills, we have our health and happiness, and we have each other! What more could we ask for? Here's to all the blessings we have in our life.

Halloween Fun!

so we had about 30 trick or treaters last night.... Not as many as we normally get but sooooo fun to see all the fun costumes!

Fun Family Weekend!

I went to Salt Lake this weekend with Jasons parents....(Thank you for taking me guys!) My nephew Haddons birthday was friday and he was also baptised this weekend, so we decided to head down for the festivities! There is nothing better than a fun road trip, family, and good food!
